This kit includes one set of 1000pc of plain paddle pop sticks (TFC10113), one set of 1000 coloured paddle pop sticks (TFC10238) and a set of coloured rubber bands (ACC461). By bundling 10 paddle pop sticks together with a rubber band, you can recreate the ‘tens’ in the place value system. Then group 10 sets of 10 together to create ‘hundreds’, etc. This creates a super affordable way to introduce place value, as a replacement or substitute for base ten sets.
